Welcome to our platform. These Terms of Use and General Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of any websites, applications, APIs, content or services provided by our corporation. By accessing or using our services, you express your full and unconditional agreement to the rules set out herein. If you do not agree, we recommend that you immediately stop using the services.
1. Purpose, Eligibility and Account Registration
Section 1.1 - Legal Capacity and Eligibility
Use of the services is strictly limited to natural persons with full legal capacity (aged 18 or over, or legally emancipated) or to duly incorporated legal entities represented by attorneys-in-fact holding specific legal powers.
Section 1.2 - Accuracy and Responsibility for Registration
To access full functionality, the user must complete a corporate registration form. From a civil and criminal liability standpoint, the user declares that they will:
- Provide accurate, current, complete and truthful information;
- Safeguard the confidentiality of their access credentials (login and password), being solely responsible for any and all activity carried out under their corporate or personal account;
- Immediately notify the support channels in the event of a suspected security breach or unauthorized use.
2. Intellectual Property and Limited License to Use
Section 2.1 - Copyright and Registered Trademarks
All intellectual property associated with the platforms — including source code, algorithms, design, interfaces, databases, logos, trademarks, texts and media — is the exclusive property of the Organization or is licensed under its legal custody. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to the user.
Section 2.2 - Scope of the License
We grant the user a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and strictly limited license to browse and use the services in accordance with their original commercial purpose. Reverse engineering, copying, distribution, external commercialization or unauthorized modification of the technological ecosystem are expressly prohibited.
3. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Section 3.1 - Practices Prohibited on the Platform
The user undertakes to use the tools in good faith and in compliance with applicable legal guidelines. Under penalty of immediate suspension and contract termination, it is prohibited to:
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) in a manner harmful to the infrastructure;
- Host, transmit or disseminate unlawful, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes the patents and rights of third parties;
- Commit billing fraud, make payments using third-party cards without authorization, or circumvent the system's perimeter security mechanisms.
4. Limitation of Liability and Exclusion Clauses
Section 4.1 - Technical Availability of the Platform
Although we strive to maintain the highest standard of uptime (availability), the services are provided "as is". The legal department stresses that the corporation shall not be liable for lost profits, direct damages or operational losses arising from external systemic instabilities, global internet connection problems or urgent technical interventions.
Section 4.2 - Third-Party Links and Applications
Our interface may display integrations or links to third-party portals. We do not endorse, audit or assume any civil legal liability for the contractual terms, privacy policies or operational practices of such third parties.
5. Termination, Amendments and Choice of Forum
Section 5.1 - Unilateral Termination
We reserve the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the accounts of users who breach any provision of these Terms or create imminent legal risks for the Organization.
Section 5.2 - Amendments to the General Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect legislative changes or technical improvements. We will inform users of material changes through alerts on the platform or by e-mail.
Section 5.3 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted entirely under the Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil (including the Civil Code and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework). The Courts of the District of our Corporate Headquarters are hereby elected to settle any legal disputes, with the parties waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
