SCM — Supply Chain and Services Management
Suppliers, purchasing, inventory, transport and foreign trade connected — from order to receipt, in Brazil and worldwide.
Built on the Passos SaaS platform
SCM gives visibility into everything that must arrive for the company to run: materials, goods and contracted services. It is built on the same SaaS platform as Passos' CRM and ERP projects and brings into the product our experience in import, export and logistics.
A Passos SaaS product · every rollout starts with a review of your supply chain
What SCM does
Six modules, end to end
From registering the supplier to the delivered goods, every step of the chain is recorded and visible.
Suppliers
Registration, qualification, documents with expiry dates and performance rating for each supplier and service provider.
Purchasing and quotes
Requisitions, quotes from several suppliers, side-by-side comparison and approval by authority level.
Service contracts
Scope, service levels (SLA), measurements, price adjustments and expiry of contracted services.
Inventory and warehouses
Balances by location, stock counts, bin locations, batches and expiry dates, with reorder points.
Transport and deliveries
Freight, carriers, shipment tracking and proof of delivery.
Foreign trade
Import and export processes, documents, landed costs and tracking of every stage.
What changes day to day
Problems SCM solves
Where the supply chain usually breaks — and how the product brings back control.
Purchasing without history
Every quote starts from scratch and nobody knows who delivered well. SCM keeps prices, lead times and ratings for each supplier.
Shipments with no news
Finding out where the goods are takes calls and e-mails. SCM brings tracking together and warns when something is late.
Service contracts that expire quietly
Price adjustments and renewals lost in the calendar. SCM warns before expiry and measures whether the service delivers what was agreed.
Works with what you already use
Integrations
SCM connects the company to suppliers, carriers and foreign trade through APIs and portals.
| System | What comes into SCM | What goes out of SCM |
|---|---|---|
| Passos ERP | Internal requirements and requests | Purchase orders, receipts and stock |
| Passos MRP | Calculated material requirements | Delivery lead times and availability |
| Supplier portals and B2B marketplaces | Quotes, catalogs and confirmations | Orders and delivery schedules |
| Carriers and tracking | Shipment status and location | Pickup and freight requests |
| Customs brokers and foreign-trade systems | Process progress and documents | Import and export data |
The same foundation as our projects
Passos SaaS Platform
FRM, HRM, MRP and SCM were built on the SaaS platform Passos uses for its own projects — the same one behind our CRM and ERP. That is why they work with each other and with the tools you already use.
Multi-company, in the cloud
Each company's data kept separate, accessed from the browser or a phone, with no server to maintain.
Security and privacy
Encryption, role-based access, audit trail and personal data handled in line with Brazil's LGPD.
Dashboards and AI
Dashboards with today's numbers and artificial intelligence where it truly helps — forecasts, alerts and suggestions, always reviewed by people.
Open APIs
Documented integration with banks, government, suppliers and other systems, with no re-typing.
Modules that add up
Start with one product and add the others when it makes sense: the records and data are already there.
Continuity
Backups, monitoring and a recovery plan so the system is up when the business needs it.
Each product can be licensed on its own or together with the others. Setup respects your company's size, tax regime and way of working.
How we implement
Four stages, with Passos people from start to finish
Implementing is more than installing: it means understanding the routine, configuring, training and staying close until the system is part of everyday work.

We fit the product to your reality and bring over the records and history that matter.
- 03

We train the people who will use it and run a pilot with real cases before switching over.
- 04
Assisted operation
After go-live, we stay alongside the team, adjusting and following up on usage.

Common questions
Does SCM handle import and export?
Yes. Foreign-trade processes live in the same system as domestic purchasing, with the documents, costs and stages of each shipment.
Do suppliers have to use the system?
Not necessarily. They can answer quotes and confirm orders through a simple portal, and those who prefer can keep using e-mail — the buyer records it in SCM.
Does it work for services, not only materials?
Yes. Service contracts have their own scope, measurements, service levels and expiry dates, tracked like any other purchase.
Can I see the full cost of an import?
Yes. SCM adds up goods, freight, insurance, taxes and clearance expenses, so you can compare with buying in the domestic market.
