FRM — Financial Resource Management
Treasury, payables and receivables, budgeting and reconciliation in one place — with a view of today's cash and the cash to come.
Built on the Passos SaaS platform
FRM organizes the company's money from entry to decision. It comes from the same SaaS platform on which Passos builds its CRM and ERP projects: multi-company, secure, with dashboards and artificial intelligence where they make a difference — and with people from our team supporting the rollout.
A Passos SaaS product · every rollout starts with a review of your financial flow
What FRM does
Six modules for the whole finance area
Each module covers part of the routine, and all of them share the same records and entries.
Treasury and cash flow
Balances of every account, planned and actual side by side, and cash projection by day, week and month.
Accounts payable
Bills and invoices coming in, approval by authority level, payment schedule and bank files.
Accounts receivable and collection
Boleto and Pix issuing, collection reminders by e-mail and WhatsApp, and automatic settlement from bank returns.
Bank reconciliation
Imported statements (OFX, CNAB or Open Finance, where the bank offers it) matched automatically to entries, with people reviewing whatever does not match.
Budget and cost centers
Planned vs. actual by department, project or site, with an alert when spending goes over what was agreed.
Dashboards and reports
Management P&L, margin by client and contract, overdue receivables and average terms — in dashboards and exported to the accountant.
What changes day to day
Problems FRM solves
The pain points we hear most from finance teams — and how the product answers each one.
Spreadsheets that don't talk
Every department has its own spreadsheet and nobody trusts the final number. In FRM, an entry is made once and shows up in every report.
Cash surprises
Finding the shortfall on the due date. The cash projection shows it early, while there is still time to act.
Slow month-end close
Days spent reconciling statements by hand. Automatic reconciliation leaves the team only the exceptions.
Works with what you already use
Integrations
FRM exchanges data with surrounding systems through documented APIs — no re-typing.
| System | What comes into FRM | What goes out of FRM |
|---|---|---|
| Banks (CNAB, OFX, Open Finance) | Statements, collection and payment returns | Payment and collection files |
| Passos ERP | Orders, invoices and contracts | Bills, settlements and cash position |
| Passos CRM | Won proposals and client contracts | Client financial status for customer service |
| Accounting | Chart of accounts and cost centers | Entries and reports for the close |
| Payment methods (Pix, card, boleto) | Payment confirmations | Issued charges |
The same foundation as our projects
Passos SaaS Platform
FRM, HRM, MRP and SCM were built on the SaaS platform Passos uses for its own projects — the same one behind our CRM and ERP. That is why they work with each other and with the tools you already use.
Multi-company, in the cloud
Each company's data kept separate, accessed from the browser or a phone, with no server to maintain.
Security and privacy
Encryption, role-based access, audit trail and personal data handled in line with Brazil's LGPD.
Dashboards and AI
Dashboards with today's numbers and artificial intelligence where it truly helps — forecasts, alerts and suggestions, always reviewed by people.
Open APIs
Documented integration with banks, government, suppliers and other systems, with no re-typing.
Modules that add up
Start with one product and add the others when it makes sense: the records and data are already there.
Continuity
Backups, monitoring and a recovery plan so the system is up when the business needs it.
Each product can be licensed on its own or together with the others. Setup respects your company's size, tax regime and way of working.
How we implement
Four stages, with Passos people from start to finish
Implementing is more than installing: it means understanding the routine, configuring, training and staying close until the system is part of everyday work.
- 01
Discovery
We map the processes, current systems and priorities, and agree on scope and stages together.
- 02
Setup and migration
We fit the product to your reality and bring over the records and history that matter.
- 03
Training and pilot
We train the people who will use it and run a pilot with real cases before switching over.
- 04
Assisted operation
After go-live, we stay alongside the team, adjusting and following up on usage.
Before you start
Common questions
Does FRM replace the accounting system?
No. It handles day-to-day financial management; bookkeeping and tax filings stay with the accountant, who receives organized entries from FRM.
Can I bring in the history from my spreadsheets?
Yes. During the rollout we import records, open bills and the history that makes sense, checking it together with your team.
Who can approve payments?
You set the authority levels: who enters, who approves and up to what amount. Every approval is recorded with name, date and time.
Is my financial data safe?
Each company's data is kept separate, with encryption, role-based access and an audit trail — and processing follows Brazil's LGPD.
